Important Dates

The Silver Sneaker Ball will be held on Saturday, May 6th, 2017 at The Conrad Indianapolis.  Information for tables and tickets will be available soon!  And, our dates for CHAMP Camp 2017 are June 18-22, 2017 at Bradford Woods.  Applications will be available beginning January 1st here on our web site!
