WHY: CHAMP Camp is a week-long overnight camp for children ages six to 18-years-old with tracheostomies or who require respiratory assistance. Many campers also face unique physical challenges such as quadriplegia. CHAMP Camp nurtures the spirit of independence and self-confidence in children by offering an atmosphere where victories, both big and small, are celebrated. Campers build faith in themselves and trust in others . . . and it's where grand accomplishments happen because of imagination and motivation. Founded in 1991, CHAMP Camp is a private, non-profit organization and is accredited by the American Camping Association.

How: Individual tickets, corporate tables and sponsorships are available. For more information on the Silver Sneaker Benefit Ball or CHAMP Camp, call (317) 679-1860 or visit www.champcamp.org.
